Very early on, she also developed a very strong passion for entrepreneurship. She would like, through ImmigAction, to devote her life to helping people around the world who wish to immigrate to Canada. Ms. Pascale Bergeron, a lawyer admitted to the roll of the Bar in 2000, has been practicing for more than 20 years, mainly in the field of contracts of all kinds. She specializes in the management of the obligations and responsibilities that are incumbent on the parties entering into an agreement. As such, she is well acquainted with the workings of civil law, obligations and she is particularly interested in immigration law, which represents a stimulating challenge for her. Her knowledge of immigration law allows her to assist companies that want to recruit workers internationally and individuals who want to settle in Canada.

My first objective is to raise awareness of the importance of living - and working - in accordance with one's deepest values. It is by aligning our professional project with our identity that we can fully develop our career while contributing to the progress of our society. I believe that success is first and foremost living in accordance with one's values. My life path has forced me to do some introspective work to know my true identity and I have built a coaching model that allows my company to accompany motivated professionals in the growth of their career and their personal talents, according to their life mission and values.

Fouad Jaffar was an executive in finance for 8 years in Paris for big banking groups and also a business developer for several start-ups as well as marketing project manager. He was graduated with a bachelor in banking finance and insurance at Paris Descartes University. He also has an advanced technician diploma in human resources and customer relationship negotiation.Now, director of business development in Europe for RecruLink, as well as ImmigAction, he takes advantage of his fluency in five different languages to develop the activity internationally and promote candidates' adaptation.

Holder of a Master's degree from IHEID in Geneva (Institut des Hautes Études Internationales et du Développement), a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Montreal and an ACS in Immigration, Fabiola has been working for several years with individuals wanting to settle in Quebec and Canada as well as with companies wanting to recruit abroad. She is recognized as a regulated immigration consultant in Canada ( R525052) and in the Quebec register of immigration consultants ( 11631).
Nadjia saindou
Nadjia Saindou comes from a rich background full of different experiences in business management. Upon completing her Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, she has acquired a variety of professional experiences in human resources, equivalent to three years of work in the field of administrative management of human resources, recruitment and training. Throughout the years, she has gained experience in Human Resources, but also in the banking and insurance sectors. As a result, she has now developed strong skills such as: versatility, listening, organization and a strong sense of management in a company. She excels at quick decision making. Meanwhile, she works well both independently and as a team player.
